Grant recipients are sent an email with customized initiation paperwork and information about administering grants. Below, you'll find a summary of general information and forms for grantees:
In order to receive grant funds awarded, you will need to submit a Payment Request Form and progress report. Instructions for the progress report are included in the form. Please reference your Letter of Agreement (emailed with your initiation paperwork) to determine your payment schedule.
End of Calendar Year Reporting
To allow for compliance with the National Endowment for the Humanities' annual reporting requirements, the Alaska Humanities Forum requires project directors of active grants to submit a Project Statistics Form about statistics from the previous project year by March 1 every year that the grant remains active. Please review the Project Statistics Form Instructions before completing as the form is not self-explanatory.
When your project is complete, and you are ready to begin working on the Final Report, you'll find the instructions and forms here. The due date for your final report is referenced on your Letter of Agreement.
