Leadership Anchorage Community Impact Projects

Applying lessons learned through community-based, small group projects is a core component and enduring legacy of Leadership Anchorage. Since its founding in 1997, Leadership Anchorage participants have connected with a wide range of organizations and community champions to meet real needs. Each year, community organizations pitch concepts to the cohort, and cohort members also bring their own ideas - the cohort selects the projects they want to work on in small teams over the course of the program.
